Onabor Agbonmwanre

Onabor Agbonmwanre is the President/CEO of the Canadian Coalition Against Climate Change (CCACC) and has been in the renewable energy industry in the last 13yrs, with specialisation in solar power generation and power generation by electromagnetic induction. In this past 13yrs he has helped to deliver over 880-MW of solar power projects home and abroad. So he brings to the board of CCACC an enormous experience from the power and oil and gas Industry.

Onabor has a micro-masters certificate in Sustainable Energy from the University of Queensland, Australia, a bachelor degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a masters degree also in petroleum engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) Trondheim , Norway.

Onabor has several years of experience as a professional petroleum engineer, he started his career with the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) as a reservoir engineer and worked as a field engineer for Weltec Canada in the city of Calgary, as a field engineer, he delivered some world class projects for Canadian majors and independents.

He was head-hunted from Canada by Shell Nigeria to work for them as a reservoir engineer. He served as a reservoir engineer in Shell Nigeria 3 divisions, Lagos, western and eastern divisions delivering world class oil and gas projects impacting positively on the bottom-line with great values to share-holders.

In addition to the above qualifications, Onabor has a professional certificate in energy audits and efficiency. He is also a seasoned international trainer in energy efficiency He has trained students and trainees all over the world to become energy advisors. These energy advisors are responsible for carrying out energy audits for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Ifeanyi Ezuka

Ifeanyi Ezuka is a Power, Petroleum and Energy enterprise leader with a lot of experience in the business of electric power generation from solar energy and upstream oil and gas.

Ifeanyi has been focusing in the last 10yrs on generating electric power from renewable energy sources especially solar energy and in the process delivering about 500-MW of solar projects across Nigeria, Europe and America.

Ifeanyi is a very prolific educator, trainer and a climate advocate and activist. He has below his belt 1,256 training sessions all over the world where he teaches energy efficiency and energy audits. He also teaches his audiences the way and manner people can go green and be climate friendly.

Ifeanyi brings to CCACC an enormous wealth of energy advisor training experience and we are very blessed to have him in our organisation.

His academic qualification include include MBA Finance, M.Sc Petroleum & Gas Engineering and B.Eng Petroleum Engineering. And a masters degree in renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Chigbo John Ezuka

Chigbo Ezuka is an experienced Electrical Engineer. He is an expert in power systems, power electronics and project implementation. His experience spans through UPS, energy storage and solar projects execution. With a cumulative of 650MW Solar power projects under his belt and 250,450MWh energy storage and UPS systems across Africa.

And in the last 5 years, Chigbo has been involved in the training and certification of energy advisors, he has had several training and certification sessions with trainees and students in Nigeria, Europe and America. He is a powerful climate champion, renewable energy and energy efficiency advocate.

He has a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a masters degree in energy audits and efficiency.

Chinwe Njokanma

Chinwe Njokanma Is a multi-skilled professional with several years of experience in successfully delivering multi-million dollar solar power projects with more than 300MW of solar power projects delivery below her belt. She has spent a considerable amount of time leading engineering and project teams on several major capital projects. Chinwe’s experience spans engineering management, business development and strategy, risk and project management.

A Bachelor of Science Degree holder in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, she is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and also a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.

As a climate change enthusiast, Chinwe is passionate in the pursuit to reduce carbon footprint with the use of renewable energy. At The Canadian coalition against Climate Change (CCACC), she meets this goal by providing technical advice and skills to the design and implementation of innovative programs and strategies, thereby ensuring that The Canadian coalition against Climate Change delivers in her mandate as Nigeria’s leading renewable energy solutions provider.

James Uchendu

An internationally experienced and certified energy engineer with experiences spanning solar power production, Solar projects commissioning and operations. My academic qualifications include Harvard Business School’s Professional Course in Sustainable Business Strategy.

The Canadian Coalition against Climate Change (CCACC) is a great opportunity for me to live my purpose which is providing clean sustainable energy while preserving the planet. Every energy project in the CCACC is another chapter in my quest to ensure everyone has access to clean energy.
